Each order received for any item (excluding bicycle license plates which are shipped for free) on the same day from the same person , billed and paid for together and shipped to the address, count as one order.

In other words, if you place seperate orders that total more than one item, you'll be charged $4.95 shipping and handling for the first item and only $2.00 each for 2-9 items. If your total items ordered total 10 or more you qualify for the FLATE RATE shipping and handling fee of only $1.00 per item.

If you place seperate orders we will adjust the price to reflect the discounted shipping and handling fee before sending the invoice for online payment.
